Invalid login name
This happens due to incorrect entry of Corporate/User ID. Please take
care to ensure that the Corporate and User ID are ente#da251d as printed
in the pin mailer.
Invalid login Id or password
This happens due to wrong entry of login password. Passwords
are case sensitive and care should be taken that the passwords are input
in the same manner as they have been sent or after being changed by
the user.
Login disabled
This happens due to wrong input of corporate id/ user
id/password more than 3 times. As a security measure, a user cannot
have more than 3wrong attempts to login. In such an event, the user
needs to fax a request mentioning the Corporate ID and User ID for
activating the login.
Login will also get disabled if it has not been accessed
for over 90 days. In such an event, the user can request for a fresh
passwords by email to ubadirect@ubagroup.com.
Kindly furnish your corporate id and user id so that we can act promptly.

You need to check the browser resolution and it should
be 1024 X 768 pixels and Text size should be Medium. ( IE Browser>
View>Text size> Set to Medium)

BANKAWAY error: Security violation
This error appears on account of any of the following reasons
:
* If you click on another button on the U-Direct platform
before the previous page has been completely downloaded. You need to
allow the page to download fully before clicking on another button.
* If you are accessing your account through a proxy server, then client
has to check the settings on the machine: Go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced>HTTP 1.1 settings: both the check boxes should
be ticked
If you are using a browser, i.e., Internet Explorer or Netscape versions
4.6 or 4.7, upgrade the same to browser version 5.0. If the security
settings have not been enabled on the browser then go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet
Options>Advanced>Security>check mark on options Use SSL 2.0
and Use SSL 3.0
User should not use the Browser buttons to navigate to the front and
back screens. The user should also not click twice on any icon as the
same would also give an error.
